By accessing any K Collective platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platforms.
Membership
Membership is offered as an annual subscription of US$480 per year. Access to specific platforms is granted as those platforms open. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content published on K Collective platforms — including editorial, artwork, and platform design — is the property of K Collective or its contributing artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Artist Content
Artists retain all rights to their work. By submitting work to any K Collective platform, you grant K Collective a non-exclusive licence to display your work on our platforms for the purpose of promotion and publication. We take no commission from sales. Now and always.
Conduct
You agree to use our platforms respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for conduct that undermines the integrity of the collective.
Limitation of Liability
K Collective provides its platforms in good faith. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platforms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platforms following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
